Request data deletion

You can request deletion of information held by Lead Intelligence, including information received through a Meta lead form or connected Meta account.

How to request deletion

1. Email ds@signhigh.com.au with the subject “Lead Intelligence data deletion request”.
2. Include the name and email address or phone number used in the enquiry so we can identify the correct record.
3. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify that it relates to the requester, locate the relevant records and delete or de-identify them where legally permitted. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required for legal obligations, security, suppression of unwanted marketing or dispute resolution.

Disconnecting Meta

You can also remove the application from the connected Facebook or Meta business settings. Disconnecting stops future access but does not by itself delete records already received; use the process above to request deletion.
