PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Lead Intelligence is operated by Sign High Pty Ltd (ABN 88 664 867 261) under its registered business name Daisuke Bear Tech. This policy explains how Sign High Pty Ltd handles information when providing Lead Intelligence to approved Australian businesses.

Information we collect

We may store account and business details, business contact details, organisation and property information, enquiry details, interactions, consent and communication preferences, lead-source attribution, campaign evidence, subscription records and security or audit records. Connected services may provide account identifiers, granted permissions, token expiry details and the customer data the user has authorised the service to retrieve.

How we use information

Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, connect authorised accounts, respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, manage opportunities, perform requested work, measure marketing effectiveness, provide support, administer subscriptions and comply with communication preferences and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use connected-account data for unrelated advertising.

Sources

Information may come directly from an account holder or another person, an authorised connected business account, a referral, a public business source or manual entry by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are authorised to connect an account and upload or process information through Lead Intelligence.

Service providers and overseas processing

We may disclose limited information to providers needed to operate the service, including hosting, security, payment, email, mapping, analytics, artificial-intelligence and connected-platform providers. These may include Stripe, Google, Meta and OpenAI. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations where they or their subprocessors operate. Their handling is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Connected Meta accounts

When a customer chooses to connect Meta, Lead Intelligence may list the Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts they administer, retrieve authorised Lead Ad submissions, read Page and Instagram post-performance measurements, and publish only content the customer has deliberately reviewed and approved. We do not use these permissions to manage advertising, read private messages, post comments or react on the customer’s behalf. Meta credentials are encrypted and stored server-side in the customer’s isolated workspace.

Connected Google accounts

When a customer chooses to connect Google Analytics 4 or Search Console, Lead Intelligence reads authorised aggregate traffic, page, search-query, click and impression measurements to show marketing performance and support business recommendations. These connections are read-only: Lead Intelligence does not change Analytics properties, Search Console sites or advertising accounts.

Gmail is not included in the current customer Google connection or this production approval. Existing Gmail functionality is limited to controlled owner testing and is blocked for ordinary customer and reviewer workspaces. If Gmail is later offered generally, it will use a separately approved connection and updated disclosures. During authorised controlled testing, Lead Intelligence may read mailbox content for a user-requested inbox or customer-record feature and may send only a draft the owner has explicitly reviewed and approved; it does not send mail silently.

Who receives Google user data. We disclose Google user data only as needed to provide the user-requested feature: to Google for authentication and delivery of the connected Google APIs; to our contracted hosting and security providers where they process encrypted credentials or customer-visible records under our instructions; and, only when the user deliberately requests an AI-assisted analysis, to our contracted AI service provider for the minimum content needed to answer that request. We do not disclose Google user data to Meta, Stripe, advertisers, data brokers, other customers or the public. These contracted providers may use the data only to provide services to Lead Intelligence and not for their own advertising or independent purposes.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the visible feature the user requested; it is not sold, used for unrelated advertising or used to train a general-purpose artificial-intelligence model. Lead Intelligence's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Connected-account storage and deletion

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted and kept server-side; they are never displayed to another customer. Retrieved measurements and records are stored only in the authorised customer workspace. Customers may disconnect an integration in Lead Intelligence, revoke access directly with Meta or Google, or request deletion of previously stored connected-account records. Revocation stops future collection but does not by itself remove records already retained for the customer; use the deletion process below for that.

Marketing and choices

Marketing communication requires an appropriate permission or lawful basis. Unsubscribe and do-not-contact choices are recorded and enforced. An enquiry does not automatically establish permission for unrelated marketing.

Security

We use access controls, isolated customer workspaces, server-side credential handling, encrypted integration credentials, secure session cookies, webhook verification, backups and audit records. No online service is completely risk-free. Customers must protect their login details and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Retention

Operational customer information is retained while an account is active and for a limited period afterwards when reasonably needed for recovery, security, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Backups expire on a rolling schedule. Suppression records may be retained to honour unsubscribe or do-not-contact choices. Information is then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

Access, correction and deletion

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained where required by law. See our data deletion instructions.

Complaints and contact

For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or complaints, contact ds@signhigh.com.au. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period. If a privacy complaint is not resolved, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
