Terms of Service

Lead Intelligence is provided by Daisuke Bear Tech, a registered business name of Sign High Pty Ltd (ABN 88 664 867 261), to approved business customers and authorised testers. Sign High Pty Ltd is the legal contracting entity. By creating an account, connecting a service or using Lead Intelligence, you agree to these terms.

Authorised use

You must protect your login details, use only accounts and data you are authorised to access, and respect consent, unsubscribe, do-not-contact, platform and property-access restrictions.

Human approval

Scores, research results, drafts and recommendations support human decisions and may be incomplete or incorrect. Users must verify important information. Communications, social posts and consequential advertising changes require explicit human review and approval unless a separately documented rule has been authorised.

Prohibited activity

The application must not be used for hidden scraping, password collection, unlawful surveillance, spam, deceptive outreach, automatic social engagement or unauthorised access to accounts or restricted areas.

Customer data and connected accounts

You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant Sign High Pty Ltd permission to host and process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You must have authority to connect each Meta, Google or other account and to process any information supplied through it. You can revoke provider access or request disconnection at any time.

Subscriptions and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where stated or legally required. Recurring subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the interval shown during checkout. You authorise recurring charges until cancellation. Optional AI top-ups are one-off purchases and are never charged automatically. An approved complimentary account does not incur a monthly subscription charge.

Cancellation, refunds and failed payments

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing-management option in Lead Intelligence or by contacting us. Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then. Fees already paid are not refundable merely because of a change of mind, but nothing in these terms excludes any refund, remedy or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Failed or overdue payments may cause paid access to pause after reasonable notice.

Beta service

The founding release is a controlled beta. Features, limits and integrations may change, and third-party approval may delay or restrict individual capabilities. We will not materially increase a customer’s recurring price without notice and consent where required. Beta status does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

Lead Intelligence, its software, source code, workflows, scoring methods, interface, branding, documentation and original content are owned by Sign High Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access is licensed, not sold, and gives users no ownership rights in the service.

No copying or competing use

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code from, create derivative works from, or use the service or confidential product information to build or assist a substantially similar or competing product, except where a right cannot lawfully be excluded. Automated extraction, security circumvention and sharing access outside the authorised business are prohibited.

Feedback

If you provide product feedback or suggestions, you permit Sign High Pty Ltd to use them to improve and commercialise the service without restricting your continued use of your own general knowledge or business information.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be suspended or be unavailable. External integrations depend on third-party platforms and their permissions. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every recommendation or integration will be continuously available or produce a particular commercial result.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, Sign High Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities or decisions made solely from automated recommendations. Where a statutory guarantee applies and liability can lawfully be limited, liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the reasonable cost of resupply. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth jurisdiction.
